What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we get your email and name. When you or your guests upload photos, we store those photos too. That's it.

How we use it

We use your email to send you download links when your photos are ready. We use your name to show you who owns an event. Photos are stored so you and your guests can view and download them.

Third-party services

We use Google for login, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for photo storage, and Resend for emails. Each has their own privacy policy. We don't sell your data to anyone.

Photo storage

Free events keep photos for 14 days. Paid events keep them for 90 days. After that, photos are automatically deleted from our servers. Download them before the retention period ends.

Your content

You own your photos. We just host them. By uploading, you're saying you have the right to share those photos and that they don't contain anything illegal or harmful.

Photo access

We can technically access photos stored on our servers, but we don't look at them. If someone reports abuse, we may review the flagged content to take action.

Rules

Don't upload illegal content, NSFW material, or anything you don't have permission to share. We can remove content that violates these rules and shut down accounts if needed.

Payments

Paid tiers are one-time payments processed through Stripe. Refunds are handled case-by-case - just reach out if there's an issue.

No guarantees

tinymemories is provided as-is. We do our best to keep things running, but we're not liable if something goes wrong. Always download your photos - don't rely on us as your only backup.

Security

Found a vulnerability? Report it instead of exploiting it and we'll give you free events as thanks. Reach out before going public so we can fix it first.
